Delete all lines that satisfy condition?

Hi guys. I want to use action (button) on my header page to delete all lines that satisfy that value of a field is, for example, "1".
For example I have some lines
Int....1....34589....
Int.....4....56764...
Text...1....64776...
And I want to delete those that have value "1" in second field.
How to do this
