How to get the value of the Report's filtered field?

Is there a possible way to get the filtered value of the field in a report?

For example, in the attached file, I did not input a value for the Location Code, but when it comes to C\AL, it gives a value, like, FI..
Is there a way to get the value that I set to be filter in the report?
