Wells Fargo Bank BAI File import

Hello Everyone -

Has anyone worked with the Wells Fargo BAI import? One of our customer is trying to use the Payment reconciliation journal with NAV and trying to import the file provided by the Bank using the AMC Banking recognition software and it just errors out. If anyone know of any other solution provider can you please let me know.
