Disabling Pop up keyboard in tablet or Phone Client

Hello,

Does anybody know if it is possible to disable the keyboard popping up in phone or tablet client when accessing a textbox attached to a dropdown list ? I would like to create a special Card page where you are able to enter data without having to type a single letter of text or number. The user would be able to chose a values from dropdown lists instead.

I can not use option fields as these lists need to be dynamic (ex. filtered item lists) and not limited to a few options.
