Functionality to plan the capacity of a resource along with planning the shipment route

Is there a functionality which helps me to plan the capacity of a resource along with planning the shipment route? For example I want to track the effort of a delivery boy point by point of delivery along with planning the delivery route of the day? Can anyone please help?
