Embed a font in a report

Hi,
Would like to know if it is possible to embed a specific font in to a report.
The problem that im facing is that i use a barcode font that displays a value but when i run it he just give the value not the barcode for it.
I've Installed the font in the windows\font folder of my pc and the NAV server.
and i want all workforce to benefit from this report without having to install the font.

Please help
