Hi All,
I have an environment setup to run NAV using Access Control Service, allowing for single sign on with Office 365. We have the outlook integration setup to run with multiple database in the same domain. In a newly created environment, the Outlook-Add In launches within the outlook client, and prompts for login to the wrong web client address. The web client address the add-in is suggesting belongs to a different directory within the domain.
I have setup my ACS URI to handle this scenario with the {HOSTNAME} specified for the correct domain, however the add in is still remembering the old web-client URL. The database was a backup of a previous database which had been accessed using the outlook add in. I am curious if this URL is being stored in a table somewhere and needs to be cleared out for NAV to find the new one.
