Is Dynamics NAV content pack for Power BI services compatible with NAV from azure marketplace?

Hi everyone,
can i ask two questions for anyone with experience on BI?
1.The Microsoft Dynamics NAV content pack for Power BI is it working with a NAV vm from azure marketplace or only with on premises installations?
2.Has anyone the Microsoft Dynamics NAV content pack for Power BI services in a file for use in Power BI on desktop?
