Error while importing the Custom Layout for Report in NAV 2016

Hi All,

I was trying to import a custom word Layout for Report 205 - "Order Confirmation", while clicking on Import Layout button and selecting the word layout, I was getting the below error message:

Word could not create the work file. Check the temp environment variable.

---

OK

---

I checked the Registry Editor for "App data" and "Cache" path, its as per below:

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming

Also I re-register the word in windows registry setting by executing the command - "winword.exe /r".

Deleted all the temporary Internet files as well and renaming the Global template for MS word - "Global.notm" file


Can anyone help me out in getting this error resolved. I am using Windows 7.
