Blank Lines in tablix report

Hi folks,

I'm working in invoice report that display items of every single invoice.
so the problem is that i want to add blank lines, i declare that max of lines is 10, if i have for example 5 items in the invoice it must insert 5 blank lines, the purpose is the tablix have the same format for every invoice.
