Upgrading NAV 2013 R2 to 2016

Hi everyone!

I 'm trying to upgrade NAV from 2013 R2 to 2016. I'm following the procedure as described here https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn271652(v=nav.90).aspx

Now that have merged object file, I have to import it to a NAV 2016 Database. I'm confused at this stage...whether I have to create a new NAV 2016 Database from Development environment or use a Demo Database 2016 and import to it?
